Sarah Jones

Sarah graduated from The Massage Training School in Bristol with a BTEC Level 5 in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy. This title has since changed to Clinical Soft Tissue Therapy to reflect what therapists do more accurately. Soft Tissue Therapists are qualified to assess, treat, and rehabilitate a wide range of minor and chronic musculoskeletal injuries and pain. She previously worked as a Registered Veterinary Nurse for 20 years before moving onto gymnastics coaching.

Sarah is a level 2 Gymnastics coach, a certified acro dance teacher and a Level 2 Gym Instructor. More recently she has gained her Mental Health First Aid qualification and is now working on a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification. She strives to deliver the most current advice and treatments with a particular interest in pain science, rehabilitation and growing pains in adolescents.
