Gentle, targeted treatment to support swelling, scar tissue and soft tissue recovery
LymphaTouch is a specialist treatment that uses controlled negative pressureand gentle mechanical vibration to workwith the body’s tissues.
Ana uses this device alongside her osteopathy treatments and women’s health assessments. LymphaTouch can be used as part of an individual treatment plan to supportrecovery following injury, surgery or periodsof swelling, as well as helping to improve the mobility and flexibility of soft tissues.
The treatment is gentle and non-invasive, with the level of pressure adjusted to suit your individual needs.
What is LymphaTouch?
LymphaTouch is an advanced therapy device that creates a controlled lifting effect on the skin and underlying tissues.
Unlike traditional massage techniques thatapply pressure downwards, LymphaTouch uses negative pressure to gently lift and decompress the tissues. This can help mobilisesoft tissue and support the movement of excess fluid away from areas of swelling.
LymphaTouch may also be used alongsidehands-on treatment and rehabilitation to address areas of tissue restriction, tightness or discomfort.
Your practitioner will assess your individualneeds and determine whether LymphaTouchis appropriate for you.

LymphaTouch for swelling
Swelling can occur for many reasons, including injury, surgery and changes in lymphatic function.
LymphaTouch uses gentle negative pressure to lift the tissues and support the movement of excess fluid. This can be incorporated into a wider treatment approach where appropriate, alongside movement, exercise, manual therapy and other rehabilitation strategies.
If you have persistent or unexplained swelling, Ana will first consider whether further medical assessment is appropriate.
LymphaTouch for scar tissue
Scar tissue can sometimes feel tight, restricted or uncomfortable, particularly followingsurgery or injury.
LymphaTouch can be used as a gentle way ofworking with scar tissue and the surrounding soft tissues, with the aim of improving tissue mobility and reducing feelings of restriction.
Treatment will always be adapted to the stage of healing and the condition of the scar.
What does a LymphaTouch treatment feel like?
LymphaTouch is designed to be acomfortable treatment.
You may feel a gentle lifting or pulling sensationas the device works across the skin. The treatment can be adjusted depending on the area being treated and how your tissues respond.
Ana will talk you through the treatment and make sure you are comfortable throughout.
