Lauren Heesom

Lauren Mitchell graduated from the College of Osteopaths, previously working in the healthcare industry at dental practices. Lauren is also currently studying a Masters degree in animal osteopathy.

Having ridden horses since a young age, Lauren has often experienced the benefits of osteopathy after various falls. This inspired her to pursue a career in osteopathy, to be able to help others and in the near future help animals as well.

Lauren is committed to helping patients achieve maximum functional movement through various osteopathic treatment methods. With a special interest in equestrian sport related injuries, pre and postnatal complaints and elderly patients.

Lauren regularly attends CPD courses to enable her to further develop her clinical skills and have the most up to date research.

Outside of Osteopathy Lauren is kept very busy with two horses, two dogs and her one year old daughter.
