Biokinetics and musculoskeletal rehabilitation

Our bodies are made up of various structures and systems that when working, will produce bodily movements and functioning as seen and experienced daily. One such system is the musculoskeletal system which is made up of 2 sub-systems as the name denotes. The two subsystems are known as, muscle and skeleton (the bodily structure made up of bone) with all their accompanying tendons, ligaments, cartilage and connective tissue.
